Terms used in the Policy
Whenever we use the following terms in our Policy, they are to be understood as such:
Service - Internet service available at the address: https://monedapay.io/
Application - transaction software provided to you in a demo version, which allows to test the program's functions and capabilities before purchasing the full version in the future;
GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). The administrator of your personal data is Moneda Pay sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: Aleje Jerozolimskie 142A, 02-305 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0001129519, whose records are kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Division of the National Court Register, NIP: 7011224735, with share capital of PLN 5,000.00, hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”.

Security of your personal data
We are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal data. We will use your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws, including in particular the GDPR.
We use technical and organizational measures to secure the personal data provided to us, in particular to prevent unauthorized persons from acquiring and modifying personal data sent electronically, i.e. within our Service and Application, as required by generally applicable laws.
Your rights
We process your personal data, i.e. email address, first name and last name, therefore:

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

Are you obliged to provide your personal data?
No, it is voluntary, however without providing it, we may not be able to resolve the case you have presented, in particular we may not be able to conduct a meeting and establish a business relationship.
On what legal basis do we process your personal data?
Your personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6 (1)(f) of GDPR - because it is necessary for the purposes of the Controller’s legitimate interest.
What do we mean by legitimate interest?
The Controller’s legitimate interest is the resolution of the case presented by you, responding to your message, activities related to scheduling and conducting a meeting and establishing a business relationship.
Who are the recipients of your personal data?
The recipients of your personal data are:

Will your personal data be transferred outside of the European Economic Area (EEA)?
In case the transfer of your personal data outside the EEA will become necessary, it will be done on the legal basis provided for in GDPR.
For how long will we process your personal data?
We will process your personal data for the time needed to fulfill the purposes specified in point 1 above, and in addition, for the time needed to demonstrate that our actions were correct and in accordance with your will, i.e. the statute of limitations for claims.
